Fixing Tape

Available in two sizes: a 50 mm high temperature tape for securing Ecofilm elements and jointing insulation boards, and a 15 mm tape ideal for fixing loose underfloor heating cables into position.

In-Screed Fixing Strips & Clips

Galvanised in-screed fixing strips are laid across the room, allowing in-screed cables to be clipped securely in place.

Plastic in-screed fixing strips are laid end to end to create a long length at opposite ends of the room and the cable is then fixed up and down between the 2 lengths of fixing strips which create the turns for the cables and maintaining even spacing between runs.

Fixing clips with barbed grips can also be pushed directly into rigid insulation boards to hold heating cables firmly at points where extra fixing is needed.

Polyester Vapour Barrier

When installing Ecofilm systems, a polyester vapour barrier should be laid over the heating elements to protect against moisture and ensure a stable base for the final floor covering.

Floor Sensor Probes

Essential when used with thermostats, floor sensor probes measure the floor temperature and relay the data back to the thermostat, ensuring your electric underfloor heating maintains comfort levels efficiently and protects your finished floor.
