The Heatmiser Slimline-E V3 floor heating thermostat has been designed specifically with electric floor heating in mind

The Heatmiser Slimline-e is our electric floor heating model, capable of switching up to 16A. The Slimline-e can be set to work as a non programmable, 5/2 day or 7 day programmable thermostat. A 3M remote floor sensor is provided. NOTE: This thermostat can be operated in Built-in Air Sensor mode, to enable control of electric heaters/radiators without the need for the floor sensor.

It can be used to measure air or floor temperature and is specifically designed to be used as a floor sensor.
