• Saturday Delivery: Available for UK mainland orders placed up to 2:00 PM Friday and can be selected at checkout

• Collection from Congleton: Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; choose this option at checkout

• Ireland Delivery (Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland): 2–4 working days (cost varies)

• Signature Required: Yes — someone aged 18+ must be available, or you can tell us where to leave the delivery if it’s a safe place. If you choose this option, you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivery is confirmed.

• Site Access Limitations: Please inform us in advance to avoid delays or re-delivery fees

• Additional Delivery Time: Some UK postcodes (e.g., Scottish Highlands) may require extra delivery time

We deliver to both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland via tracked courier service.
