Information
Ultra Level IT one is a single part concrete floor leveller which contains a compound of specially graded fillers, fine cements and polymers for smoothing and levelling internal floors with irregular substrates, prior to the application of decorative surface flooring. This levelling compound can be laid at depths from 2mm to 50mm. It is suitable for use on most common building substrates including concrete, sand/cement screeds and floors with under floor heating.

| | | Surface Preparation
Before application the surface being adhered to must be clean, firm, dry, free of dust, dirt, oil and grease or any other contaminating barriers. Remove any flaking or peeling layers. The substrate must be strong enough to support the weight of the leveller adhesive and covering being fixed. Direct to earth sub-floors must have an effective damp-proof membrane. All existing damp-proof membranes must be functioning effectively. |

Open Time: 20 -30 minutes dependent upon temperature and substrate
Adjustment Time: 20-30 minutes at 20°C
Setting Time: 3 hours dependent upon temperature and substrate. *Sealed covering 12 hours dependent upon temperature and substrate.
Store in dry airtight conditions above 5°C and below 30°C. Protect from frost.
Shelf Life/Months: 6 months in above conditions
Underfloor Heating: Ideal for use with underfloor heating
Priming Required: Porous Substrates: Pre-soak the area then prime with a suitable primer. Non - Porous or low Porosity Substrates: Pre Soak area then lay the mixed material directly onto the surface without priming
Useful Tip: For best results use a slow speed mixer and paddle
